At a base level, Drive Business Solutions, Inc trains entry level team members to act as liaisons between clients and prospective customers in the local business market. On a management level, Drive Business Solutions, Inc acts as an advisory agent to marketing firms within the organization as well as prepares recently-promoted Managing Partners to oversee new markets and campaigns.

Career Opportunities

As Brand Ambassadors, Drive Business Solution's team members begin learning the steps to executing and maintaining a successful marketing strategy for our clients from within. Brand Ambassadors act as the face of our clients’ brands, helping to expand product knowledge and specializing in customer acquisition. As a representation of our clients’ brands, products, and services, Drive Brand Ambassadors specialize in customer care and support. Once a Brand Ambassador has mastered these skills, he or she may begin to help manage their own campaigns and marketing strategies.
Drive's Account Managers have proven their ability to effectively run marketing campaigns independently. As top performers in the organization, an Account Manager will not only be responsible for managing multiple locations throughout the area, but will also act as a mentor in charge of overseeing new employees through our award-winning management training program. Account Managers at Drive take on more of a leadership role within the office while continuing to build rapport with our clients.
An Assistant Director's role in the company shifts to the behind the scenes operations of the business. Assistant Directors will be trained on daily protocol, payroll, budgeting, financing, and interviewing future employees, etc. Most importantly, an Assistant Director will help with the expansion goals of the business. With internationally recognized clientele, Drive Business Solutions plans to expand into multiple locations this year.
Market Directors have the most important role in the company. As top leaders, a Market Director's primary responsibilities include brand management, the in-house management training program and maintaining an overall environment of professionalism and productivity within our office. Market Directors maintain the high standards and expectations of our top clients. Through strategy implementation and expansion plan development with Assistant Directors, they continue to build teams which can execute our successful marketing campaigns, while also overseeing the daily operations of Drive Business Solutions. With every Market Director starting from entry level, gaining thorough understanding of every facet of our business, we continually deliver exceptional results.
